CRUISE PARKING PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data received by Cruiseparkeren to fulfill the requested order/booking/procedure. The content of this document in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) May 2018.

When you place a booking/reservation/order with Cruiseparkeren, or provide personal data to Cruiseparkeren for any other reason, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data in line with this Privacy Policy.

2. What data do we process and for what purpose

For the purpose of processing your booking, reservation or procedure, the following personal data will be processed: (this data will be requested from you at the time of booking/reservation)

  • full name
  • phone number(s), e-mail address(es)
  • car registration number, make/type
  • Other personal characteristics necessary to perform the assignment.

2.2

We process the personal data mentioned in subsection 2.1 for the following purposes: To perform a good, safe and reliable service.

Email notification (opt-out)

We use your name and e-mail address to mail you our e-mail newsletter with information about activities, services and other interesting information about our services. Unsubscribing from these mailings is possible at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.

Retention periods

We process and store your personal data for the duration of the order/booking up to a maximum of one year after termination of the reservation. Thereafter, the personal data will be destroyed.

Security measures and processors

To protect your personal data, we have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures.

We do not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for this processing.

Right of inspection, deletion and complaint requests

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data, provided that this does not harm the processing for the performance of a contract. Your data will be treated privacy friendly and comply with the law: General Data Protection Regulation.

In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent, if any, to data processing (provided that this does not prejudice processing for the performance of a contract)

or object to the processing of your personal data by Sustainable Repair and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You may send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to the secretariat.

To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Please also note that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national regulator, the Authority for Personal Data. You can do so via the following link:

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use

A cookie is a simple small file sent with pages of this website and/or Flash applications and stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. The information stored therein can be sent back to our servers during your next visit.

A cookie from the "Google Analytics" service is placed through our website. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on Google's behalf. We have no influence on this. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services. The information Google collects is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address is expressly not provided. The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google adheres to the Safe Harbor principles and is affiliated with the Safe Harbor program of the U.S. Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.
